These website terms are separate from any proposal, statement of work, service agreement, support agreement, or other contract that BotHub may enter into with a customer. If those documents conflict with these terms in relation to paid services, the signed customer agreement will take priority.

About BotHub

BotHub is a Zimbabwean technology and automation business based in Bulawayo. We provide services that may include WhatsApp automation, AI bots and assistants, business automation, application development, website development, custom systems, software, hosting, integrations, and managed support.

Information on this website describes our general capabilities. It is not a binding offer, fixed quotation, guarantee, or promise that a specific feature, platform, integration, price, or delivery period is available for every project.

BotHub Assistant and automated responses

BotHub Assistant uses artificial intelligence to answer general questions and help visitors identify relevant services. Its responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, or technical advice.

You should verify important information with the BotHub team before making a decision. A conversation with BotHub Assistant does not create a customer relationship, approve a project, confirm pricing, or vary an existing agreement.

Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, confidential business records, health information, or other highly sensitive information through the assistant.

Enquiries, quotations, and projects

Submitting an enquiry does not oblige either you or BotHub to proceed with a project. Pricing, timelines, scope, responsibilities, support arrangements, intellectual property ownership, payment terms, and acceptance criteria will be confirmed separately where applicable.

You are responsible for giving us accurate requirements and for confirming that you have authority to share any systems, data, content, branding, or third-party credentials required for a project.

Acceptable use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the service, impersonate another person, or use the website to infringe the rights of BotHub or another party.

You must not use BotHub Assistant to generate unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or infringing material, or attempt to discover private prompts, credentials, security controls, or internal configuration.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website, branding, design, text, graphics, software, and other website content belong to BotHub or are used under licence. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal business evaluation.

You may not reproduce, sell, publish, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission. Intellectual property created for a customer project is governed by the relevant customer agreement.

Third-party services and links

Our website and solutions may refer or connect to third-party services such as WhatsApp, hosting providers, payment services, APIs, social networks, and AI providers. Those services have their own terms, policies, availability, and technical requirements.

BotHub is not responsible for third-party websites or for interruptions, policy changes, suspensions, losses, or security incidents caused by a third-party platform outside our reasonable control.

Website availability

We aim to keep the website useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend, secure, or withdraw any part of the website for maintenance, security, operational, or business reasons.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis for general information.
